| What is FGCC?
|
WE ARE a socially oriented group of gay and
lesbian couples in committed relationships.
Member couples host events several times a month, either at public
venues or in members' homes, as a gathering place where we can socialize with other same-sex, committed couples in a comfortable and supportive environment.
WE ARE NOT politically or religiously affiliated with any group. We are NOT a partner-swapping club. We are proud to be "committed" couples, meaning that we are all in committed, monogamous relationships. Many of our member couples have been together more than 20, 30, and 40 years. We take the sanctity of our commitments very seriously and invite only like-minded couples to join our organization. |
| What if I don't want to attend all events? Some functions
may not be to my liking. |
That's
the beauty of FGCC. You are under no obligation to
attend any event. Choose the ones that interest you. A calendar of events
is available on the homepage, and upcoming events are highlighted in the monthly newsletter. |

at work and can't afford to be identified in
public. |
FGCC
respects the privacy of our members. Only the Operating Board members have access to members'
full names and addresses for mailing purposes. Otherwise, only first names are
used, and your private information
is never given out to anyone. Although photos taken during events appear in the newsletter and on the website, you may request not to have your picture appear in these public venues. |
| What types of events does FGCC sponsor? |
Here's a partial list of what

We are
limited only by our imagination. Our
members are the ones who come up with the ideas for
our activities. You can simply suggest an activity,
or you can be a host couple for an event. |
What is a host couple?

A
host couple is a member couple who serves as hosts
for an event, be it in their home or in a public location.
Their responsibilities are few, and they can receive guidance and assistance from our Events
Couple. Anyone
can host any type of event. We encourage all member couples to consider hosting, but you are under no obligation to do so. |
